By accessing or using our platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Chord Finance provides a technology platform that enables users to organise and participate in group savings arrangements (commonly known as ROSCAs or savings circles).

The platform facilitates:

• Group formation and coordination
• Contribution tracking
• Payout scheduling
• User interface for financial interactions

Important: Saving Circles Ltd is a non-custodial technology provider and does not hold, manage, or control user funds.

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to refuse access to any user at our discretion.

Saving Circles Ltd does not:

• Hold or store customer funds
• Operate custodial wallets
• Execute transactions on behalf of users

All financial transactions are facilitated through third-party providers.

Users retain full control over their funds at all times.

We integrate with third-party providers to enable certain functionality, including:

• Payment processing and fiat/stablecoin conversion (e.g. Bridge)
• Identity verification and compliance checks (e.g. Sumsub)

By using the Service, you agree to comply with the terms and policies of these third-party providers.

We are not responsible for:

• The performance of third-party services
• Any loss arising from their actions or failures

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Participate in savings circles in good faith
• Comply with all applicable laws

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and participation in any group.

The Service does not provide:

• Financial advice
• Investment advice
• Credit or lending services

All information provided is for informational purposes only.

Participation in savings circles involves risk, including:

• Other participants failing to contribute
• Delays in payouts
• Operational or technical issues

You acknowledge and accept these risks when using the Service.

We may charge fees for use of the Service. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed prior to use.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Fail compliance checks (including KYC/AML requirements)

To use certain features, you may be required to complete identity verification through third-party providers.

We reserve the right to restrict access where compliance requirements are not met.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saving Circles Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Loss of funds
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Actions of third-party providers
• User-to-user interactions within savings groups

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saving Circles Ltd from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your interactions with other users

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Saving Circles Ltd operates under the trading name Chord Finance.
